A question regarding Forgotten password
Ok, its been a while since I last used these forums 2 years+ infact, so I appologize in advance if this is not an appropriate question for these boards.
I recently decided that I would like to start playing Guild Wars again, but it seems that I have forgotton what my password was, so I try and reset it in-game and it links me to the NCsoft website. Now, seeing as I couldn't remember my Game password there's no way on earth i'll be able to even rememer the account name to my PlayNC master account. So I made a ticket via the "Ask a question" feature where I explained my problem and provided ALL the necessary information that I would need to attain my account Name/Password including a photo of all 3 CD keys. What I have come to ask here is if anyone else has has success in getting thier account back via the support page on the NCSoft website? It took them 3 days to even reply to my question where the game master said that he will transfer me to a senior admin, its now been 4 nearly 5 days since ive heard from them regarding this. Should I just give up and buy a new account? I would have done this allready buy as far as I can remember I had some pretty decent stuff in-game including 4 year bday presents on all my characters. TLDR VERSION: Anyone who has managed to recover their account back, please tell me how as well as how long it took when you did it. If there is a UK helpline that can assist me better with this then please dont hesitate to post it here. Thanks, much love. Alex |

Hmmm support are normally quite fast with these things. Bear in mind the weekend and the bank holiday though. TBH I'd wait for them to get back to you, perhaps poke them a bit by updating your ticket and asking about progress.

I recently had to contact NCSoft support to get the login for my NCSoft account.
It process took more than a week and they demanded a ton of info, but in the end I got the password. Hang in there - and don't be afraid to prod them if they take more than a day between answers. |

wait a little longer, since you have proof of purchase, it wouldnt be too hard for them to track down your account, it was probably because of the holiday and stuff, GL.
